Recommendation 2112-2: Move to amend the bylaws as follows:
II.6. Subsection F. VOTING, QUORUM AND PROXIES
II.6.F(2) A quorum for the transaction of business at the annual all general membership meetings of the Corporation or a special membership meeting shall consist of at least 10 (ten) members of the Corporation or 5% of the members of the Corporation, whichever is greater, as of the date two days prior to the date meeting.
