Minutes of the January 10th, 2024
Ventura Village General Membership Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chair Marti Maltby
Those present at the meeting introduced themselves. Throughout the meeting 12 members attended. Connor Machemehl – Probation, Telia Zoller – CPS 2nd Precinct, Rita Mwele – HC Probation Officer were there by Crime Prevention Specialist (CPS) Kali Pliego’s invite who gave the CCP/SAFE Crime & Safety Update along with Inspector Jose Gomez. No one from the City Council office attended.
Motion: (Watson/Rich) Approval of the January 10, 2024 proposed agenda. (10 yes/0 no/0 abstain)
Motion: (Adam/Watson) Approval of the December 13, 2023 minutes. Passed (9 yes/0 no/1 abstain)
Motion: (Watson/R. Peterson) Recommendation 2401-1: Approval of the 2024 Budget. Passed (12 yes/0 no/0 abstain)
Motion: (Watson/Adam) Adjourn at 7:58pm. Passed (12 yes/0 no/0 abstain)
